Because our products are digital and accessible instantly, all sales are final once download links are accessed.

We will replace or refund in the following limited cases within 7 days of purchase:

• Non‑delivery: You didn’t receive the download email/link and our team cannot re‑send/restore access.

• Defective/Corrupted files: We cannot provide a working replacement after troubleshooting.

• Duplicate charges: You were accidentally charged more than once.

We do not refund for: change of mind; choosing the wrong product; inability to meet your specific results; or issues caused by your device/software.
